Dr. Christine Fitch, chair of the Wilson County Board of Education Dr. Fitch was named this year's Raleigh Dingman Award winner at the annual awards ceremony during the North Carolina School Boards Association (NCSBA) conference. Happy Friday the 13th! : )    Shout Outs!  1. Rock Ridge Elementary On Tuesday, Rock Ridge Elementary received its 2015 National Blue Ribbon Award in Washington, DC. This is the highest honor awarded to schools by the US Department of Education.
