Shout Outs!1. She is an Absolute Rock StarAssistant Superintendent Susan Bullock was named the 2015 Marcia Parker Volunteer Award Recipient yesterday. This is United Way's highest honor, and it is presented once a year to the most dedicated and effective volunteer of the campaign. Ms. Bullock led our Education Division, and it was the first to reach and surpass its goal.
