    We are delighted that you are interested in joining our Wilson County Schools Family!  The Applicant Tracking System, a new hiring platform for Wilson County Schools, is powered by TalentEd-Hire.  Candidates wishing to apply for positions with Wilson County Schools will need to complete a     new TalentEd-Hire application in the new system.

    NOTE: Applications previously completed in TeacherMatch will not transfer to the new system! 

    There are three (3) ways to apply for a WCS position in the new application system:

    1. I am a new applicant.
      Click “Create New Account and Apply.”

    2. I already have a TalentEd-Hire account with Wilson County Schools.
      Enter your username and password and the system will retrieve your previously submitted applications and data.

    3. I want to transfer my account.
      You may have an application on file with another TalentEd-Hire school district or institution.  Enter your email address and password for the previous district or institution, then select the state for the previous district or institution.  The system will then attempt to match your account and import that information to Wilson County Schools.
