This is my 3rd year teaching Music. I completed my undergraduate work at Elizabeth City State University in Elizabeth City, NC. My goal is to teach/inspire students through music and help assist them in any difficulties they'll have.

Hi, My name is Tonya Harris-Ellis. I have been teaching for 25 years. I graduated from North Carolina Central University in 1996. I teach Visual Art and Yearbook. I love teaching because, I believe that it is my calling to help students in urban schools become excited about learning, engaged in the learning process, and excel in all that they do. I also want to instill a love of learning in students, so that they will always have the desire to grow and develop. I am married with two children. I have two wonderful superheroes Omega and Piper Dawn (dogs).  I love inspiring new minds to create masterpieces.

My name is Zachary Leach. I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Vocal Performance. I have been teaching for 3 years, but this is my 2nd year teaching chorus at BHS. I currently live in Greenville and I love to spend time singing, songwriting, and playing piano.
