Important Update: Volunteer Application Process Changing June 1, 2025

Beginning June 1, 2025, Wilson County Schools will be transitioning to a new volunteer application platform.

All individuals interested in volunteering—whether you are a returning volunteer with a current application or a first-time applicant—will need to submit a new application through the updated platform starting on June 1.

More details and a link to the new application system will be provided as we approach the transition date. We appreciate your continued support and willingness to serve our students and schools!

Volunteers can complete a volunteer application by following this link - Volunteer Tracker

The first time you access the system you will need to click on the registration link to register your email address and create a password.  Click on the green link - New to the App-Garden? Click Here to Register.  

You will receive an e-mail confirming your e-mail address. Then, go to your email and click on the link in the email to access the registration page. Once the application is submitted, you will receive an email that the application is submitted. Background checks will be initiated if needed based on the activity level selected. An email will notify the volunteers when they are approved.
