HVAC Filters - Request for Bids

Wilson County Schools is now accepting bids for HVAC filters. Filter change approximately every 90 days. Bids must be received no later than Wed., May 6, 2026, at 10 a.m. They can be hand delivered, UPS or FedEX to 519 Ward Boulevard Bldg. 1A Wilson, NC 27893 or by postal service to PO Box 3878, Wilson, NC 27895. VoIP Phone System - Request for Proposals

Wilson County Schools is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a district-wide, cloud-hosted Voice over IP (VoIP) phone system to serve 24 school sites, the Central Office, and Facilities Services. The District serves a diverse and growing population and requires a modern, secure, and highly reliable communications platform that supports instructional, operational, and emergency communication needs.
