Salary Determination

Licensed employees are paid according to the licensure level and years of experience determined by the Department of Public Instruction when the North Carolina license is issued, plus any local supplement approved by the Wilson County Board of Education. Non-licensed and other support employees are paid based on the grade assigned to the position they fill and any additional local supplement.
