Parent Portal

Infinite Campus is a statewide student information system that gives parents and students access to real-time information including attendance, grades, and assignments.  With the Campus Parent App, powered by Infinite Campus, everyone stays connected:  Students stay on top of assignments, parents are able to participate in their child's progress, and teachers can instantly share information from their gradebook with parents and students.  Families with multiple students can also set up their accounts to view all of their students at one time, with one login.

Available Online and Available on Mobile Devices: You will need to set up a Parent Portal account from a web browser on a computer first and then you can download the app on your mobile device. Visit bit.ly/wcsparentportal to get started on a computer.

First-Time Account Creation:
Navigate to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal - bit.ly/wcsparentportal  or scan the QR code: 

1. On the Login page, click New User?
    
2. Enter the Activation Key from the letter you received from the school or via email. Once the Activation Key has been used to create an account, it cannot be used again.  
   a. Activation Key for Parent/Guardian Name shown on your activation letter or email.
    
3. Click the Submit button. The Activation Key will be verified, and when approved, a screen will prompt the user to create a username and password.
   1. Enter a Username. You may use an alphanumeric (both letters and numbers or symbols) username.
   2. Enter a Password. Use a password that contains letters and numbers. Passwords should be at least 6 characters and considered a strong password.
   3. Re-enter the password in the Verify Password field.
   4. Click the Create Account button. This action will create the username and password. The username and password will be verified, and upon approval, the portal account will be created
