The mission of Elm City Middle School is to provide a safe, orderly environment which recognizes cultural diversity and develops academic and social abilities while promoting lifelong learning for a global community.

Elm City Middle School classroom environments will have a profound effect on student behavior.  Our teachers will create a sensitive, caring environment where every student desires to learn self-discipline.  Students need to practice respect for others and themselves and should be held responsible for their own actions.  Elm City Middle School believes every student can learn and should experience success and recognition. Student success is enhanced when families, schools and the community are engaged in an ongoing partnership.
