WCS offers a secure site for Student Records and Requests. This site enables former students, corporations and other schools to request student records and graduation verifications online. Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.

Current Students are given the option to order three FREE transcripts per year. These three FREE transcripts include the original copy only and do not include international shipping or duplicate copies in the same envelope. We track your usage of the free transcripts online and the software will notify you as to how many remaining copies can be utilized at the time of checkout.

All records are retained digitally. We will collect and process your order within 3-10 business days.  Please note that during holiday or summer hours, processing time may be extended.

• A $3 convenience fee will be added to each transaction. Transfer requests from other schools are free.
• Requests for information must be completed online
• Requests will be processed in 3 to 5 business days during the hours (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) 
• Email, fax and mail requests will no longer be accepted
