Recruitment Process for the 2025-2026 School Year

Recruitment Timeline

• December 2, 2024 - School presentations begin at WCS Middle Schools.  Non-WCS students by appointment.

• December 9, 2024 - WAAT Parent Information Meeting at 6:00 PM

• December 11, 2024 - Applications will go live on school and district websites

• December 20, 2024 - Applications due / close at 11:59 PM

• January 2 - 6, 2025 - WAAT gathers student documentation for applications

• January 6 -10, 2025 - Applications scored by WAAT recruitment teams

• January 15, 2025 - Interview letters (via email)  will be sent to students.   Each student will receive a letter inviting them to interview OR informing them they were not chosen for an interview.

• January 21, 2025 - Interviews begin

• January 30, 2025 - Interview process closes

• February 7, 2025 - Acceptance letters (via email) will be sent.

• February 14, 2025 - Deadline for students to submit signed contracts committing to attending
