    Recruitment Process for the 2024-2025 School Year

    Recruitment Timeline

    • January 8, 2024 - Applications will go live on school and district websites

    • January 10, 2024 - School presentations begin at WCS Middle Schools.  Non-WCS students by appointment.

    • January 16, 2024 - WAAT Parent Information Meeting at 6:00 PM

    • January 26, 2024 - Applications due / close at 11:59 PM

    • January 29 - February 2, 2024 - WAAT gathers student documentation for applications

    • February 5 - 9, 2024 - Applications scored by WAAT recruitment teams

    • February 16, 2024 - Interview letters (via email)  will be sent to students.   Each student will receive a letter inviting them to interview OR informing them they were not chosen for an interview.

    • February 20, 2024 - Interviews begin

    • February 19, 2024 - Interview process closes

    • March 13, 2024 - Acceptance letters (via email) will be sent.

    • March 20, 2024 - Deadline for students to submit signed contracts committing to attending
