Enrollment - New Families
Enrollment Process for Families New to Wilson County Schools
(Families who do not have any children currently enrolled)
Step 1: Gather all necessary information:
- Birth Certificate
- Parent’s photo ID
- Two proofs of address
- Immunization records
- *Health Assessment (Only needed if 1st time in NC public school)
- *Last report card (If coming from another school)
Step 2: Go to our Infinite Campus Online Registration Page
Step 3: Enter the required information (parent first and last name, email address) and answer the questions asking if the student has previously attended a school in Wilson county, and the captcha security code (enter the letters/numbers shown in the gray box).
Step 4: Click the begin registration button. You will then receive an email with a link to the application to begin the process.
Step 5: Click on the link in your email to complete the application, you will enter information about your household, the student, and be prompted to upload copies of your required documents. Failing to upload required documents or entering incorrect information will result in the online application being rejected and returned to you.
