Student Survey Information
Wilson County Schools students will be taking several surveys during the 2024-2025 school year. The surveys are listed below. Click the links to view the survey questions. If you would like to opt out your student(s) from taking surveys, you can do so by clicking the link below to the Student Survey Opt Out Form. If you opted your student from the survey in the Fall, you do not need to complete the opt-out form for the Spring.

2024-2025 Panorama Surveys
Fall (October 7-17 window) Spring (February 24-March 7 window)
Opt Out deadline is September 30, 2024 for the Fall surveys and February 14, 2025 for the Spring survey. If you choose to opt out after the deadline, you will need to write a letter to your student’s principal.
- Panorama Survey for grade 3-5 students (social and emotional learning)
- Panorama Survey for grade 6-12 students (social and emotional learning)
2024-2025 Student Perception Surveys
January (January 27-31 window)
Opt Out deadline is January 20, 2025. If you choose to opt out after the deadline, you will need to write a letter to your student’s principal.
2024-2025 Pride Survey
March (March 17-24, 2025)
This is an Opt In survey. Opt In Forms were sent home with students to be signed by parents/guardians and returned to school.
