Online Payment System

Wilson County Schools accepts online payments from families through SchoolCash Online. Our goal is to reduce the use of cash and checks at our schools, making payments easier and more secure for everyone. Through the online system, families can keep track of your student’s school items and activity fees; check your account history; view and print receipts; and pay for school fees with a simple click.

We encourage all families to register for the system so you’ll receive notifications about fees for things like field trips, athletics, and technology. You can find the Online Payments link on our district website under the Families heading. It's also available on all school websites or directly at: wilsonnc.schoolcashonline.com.
