Based on the latest weather forecast briefing from the National Weather Service and in conjunction with guidance from Wilson County Emergency Management, Wilson County Schools will release students early tomorrow - Fri., Jan. 10 - following our normal early release schedule for schools. High schools dismiss at 12:30 p.m., elementary schools at 1 p.m. and middle schools at 1:30 p.m. The two early colleges - WAAT and WECA - will dismiss at 11:30 a.m. The afterschool care program will not operate on Friday. All afterschool activities, including practices and athletics, are cancelled for Friday and Saturday. Staff will receive information from their supervisor regarding their schedule.
