Wilson County Schools students in grades 3-12 will take two surveys this semester - the Panorama survey and the Student Perception survey. The surveys are listed below. Click the links to view the survey questions. If parents/guardians would like to opt out your student(s) from taking surveys, you can do so by clicking the last link on this page (the Student Survey Opt Out Form). The deadline to submit the form electronically is Feb. 21, 2024. If you choose to opt out after Feb. 21, 2024, you will need to write a letter to your student’s principal. If you already opted out of the Panorama surveys for the fall, your student will automatically be opted out in the spring. However, you will need to complete the opt out form if you choose for your student not to participate in the Student Perception survey.
