The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, Office of Exceptional Children is asking families of Exceptional Children to complete a survey - the 2024-2025 Indicator 8 Parent Survey.

Families can access the survey using the link below. To better serve families, the short, two-minute survey allows the respondent to select from multiple languages in which to complete the survey.
