The online application process is now open for students who are interested in attending the Wilson Academy of Virtual Education (WAVE) for the 2024-2025 school year. Students who apply to WAVE need to be self-motivated, organized, learn well independently and have a strong support system at home. All students in grades 5-11 who are current Wilson County Schools students, homeschool students or students who are attending other schools in our community are welcome to apply. A selection committee will determine which students are accepted. WAVE is only for students who will be in grades 6-12 next school year. All courses for WAVE are aligned to state standards.
