Wilson County Schools is required by law to share annual notifications with families each year regarding the rights of students and families, the inspection of education records and the release of student directory information, which includes if students can have their photo taken. We also want to share information with you regarding student surveys. Students in grades 3-12 will take two surveys this school year - the Panorama survey and the Student Perception survey. If you would like to opt out your student from taking the surveys, you can visit our district website. The deadline to submit the form electronically is Oct. 4, 2023. Data will be collected on Oct. 5. If you choose to opt-out after the deadline of Oct. 4, you must write a letter to your student's principal before Oct. 9.
