The official reassignment window for the 2024-2025 school year begins March 1, 2024, and the deadline is June 1, 2024. Reassignment applications submitted after June 1, 2024 will be processed on a case-by-case basis. 

Wilson County Schools provides parents with the opportunity to seek reassignment to a school based on criteria established by Board of Education Policy 4150. Families must complete an official Request for Reassignment Form each school year within the prescribed window. Transportation is not provided as a part of reassignment. If your child is currently attending a school on reassignment, you must complete an application for renewal each year. Please note that certain schools, grades or classes may be capped due to capacity, and may not be available for first time reassignment requests.
